HEALTH - Keeping blood sugar levels are not high is important to prevent the complications of diabetes. Actually there are easy and inexpensive way to maintain blood sugar levels.
Exercising is a great way to keep blood sugar normal, but suggestions for physical activity in moderate to severe scale recommended for diabetic patients are often not executed.
However, small-scale studies suggest that physical activity in the scale of light as well as more frequent walking or standing than sitting was already benefiting.
"Basically any physical activity can lower blood sugar. However, the message to reduce sitting time proved to have a higher success rate than the regime to do sports," said Dr. Robert Courgi, endocrinologists from New York.
Previously, physical activity is recommended at least 150 minutes a week of moderate to severe intensity exercise to prevent diabetes. However, studies have shown that 9 out of 10 people fail to live it.
In a study of 19 diabetic patients, average age 63 years was concluded, those who sat fewer undergoing blood sugar levels better.
