1. Exercise should make you tired.
A good workout will make you feel at least 2 out of 3 of these conditions, Katy said.
"You have to sweat, your breathing becomes heavy and fast, or you feel pain in some parts of the body, such as the thigh or calf the next day. If you do not notice these things, it's not a good workout."
2. Exercise should be consistent.
Look for something like that you will keep doing regular exercise, such as a friend or a gym that is interesting, Katy said.
"Whatever you do consistently will bring about change. If you exercise every day for 1 hour, during the four days of the week, it was enough as the capital of the best weight loss."
3. Exercise should be able to build muscle strength.
Katy believe, the best weight loss results will come if you combine your favorite sport with weight training.
