Dr. Vishnu warned, due to 'lack of variety' when activity increases, do not be surprised if later there things that are undesirable such as exhaustion, weight loss due to the lack of calories or even easy to get sick.

"Our society in general is difficult to meet the recommended intake in 4 healthy, well yes I could be circumvented by consuming milk as a nutritional complement," he advised.
